The power of a positive mindset
Just imagine a glass half filled with water. What do you see? Is it half full or half empty? It simply depends on our perception. A person with a positive mindset sees it half full, while a person with a negative mindset sees it half empty. In reality, both are right.
That encompasses the essence of life. From the moment we are born, life becomes a battle, a struggle for everyone. I will not deny some people are born into easier circumstances, usually referred to as being born with a silver spoon. However, life is never about comparing yourself with others; it’s about how to make your own life better. How to make yourself a better person and how you grow as a person.
In today’s life, filled with so much pressure and responsibilities, deception, and harm, I know it’s hard to maintain positivity within you. Even I struggle with it at times; however, I remember this quote, “Losing is easy, winning takes bravery,” which says it all. It perfectly captures the essence of perseverance.
Some of the lessons I learned from the Bhagavad Gita have been immensely meaningful to me. One such lesson is meditation. Because your mind can either be your master or your enemy. Another important lesson is choosing friends discreetly. Because ‘a friend in need is a friend indeed.’ These good friends are always ready to help you with both of their hands. Moreover, these friends always stand by your side irrespective of circumstances.
This is why I always believe in holding a positive attitude in life. I can understand that what I suggest does sound so simple. But it is not. To practice it honestly is easier said than done. You need to cultivate a habit, and it should be followed by strict discipline.
Let’s
not forget that every one of us is fighting our own battle of life, where characters
and circumstances may be different, but the fighting spirit remains the same.

The article is good, but it is too short. You seem to be a good writer, but at least make it over 500 words. Just a little piece of suggestion.

DeleteI agree with your point of view. Scientifically it has been proved that positive thinking and a positive attitude of people can keep one mentally and physically healthy. What science speaks of as positive thinking Hindu scriptures had explained such wisdoms thousands of years ago.

DeleteHi Enjeesa, I like the present article you have written. This is the second article I read that is written by you. But I don't remember where I read your first article. I recognized you by looking at your photo rather than by your name. Keep on writing. I love reading new writers. I hope one day I will also be able to write articles like you write. Once again, best of luck. Have a nice day, dear.
